The usual domestic delivery time for Denmark is 1-5 working days and EU 5-10 working days. At the moment, we unfortunately cannot deliver outside Europe & EU. Send us a message if you want to order from outside EU and we can try to accommodate as a special order.

We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.

Returns

Due to the nature of the products, all processed orders are final and there is no return.

All our products are freshly made in small batches and it is important that customers know the product they receive has not been previously returned and tampered with, by another customer. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know immediately so we can work to resolve the issue.

The orders are usually shipped the following day, and WE DO accept cancellations of the order, if it is made before shipment. Payment will then be returned.
